Wood Pellet Fuel "Nana Pellet"

Nana Pellet (White Pellet)

Nana Pellet (White Pellet) — 10 kg bag

"Nana Pellet" (White Pellet)

Wood fuel pellets manufactured at our own factory. The raw material is shavings and sawdust from the milling of Finnish White Wood (European spruce). Because we use only kiln-dried lumber (moisture content 8–15%), no additional drying process is required, resulting in a uniform-moisture, high-quality "white pellet (wood-body pellet)." Low ash content keeps stoves and boilers clean. Manufactured using a CPM pelletizer (output: 1 t/h) for reliable supply.

Pellet Stove

The flame from natural fuels such as wood and wood pellets not only warms a space — it also brings comfort and tranquility to all who see it. Pellet stoves use only a small amount of electricity to automatically feed fuel and regulate temperature. One 10 kg bag of Nana Pellet provides approximately 10 hours of burn time. In terms of output, 2 kg of pellets is roughly equivalent to 1 liter of kerosene, and even a compact model can heat an area from 25 tatami mats and above. We carry Italian-made "LINCAR" and Japanese-made "TOYOTOMI" models, providing one-stop support from model selection and installation to after-sales service.

Pellet Boiler

Pellet Boiler

We propose switching to wood biomass fuel for facilities currently using boilers or warm air generators powered by kerosene, heavy oil, or LPG. With the recent surge in fossil fuel prices squeezing profit margins, switching to a pellet boiler enables businesses and organizations to simultaneously reduce costs and cut CO2 emissions. We have implementation experience across a wide range of applications including hospitals, schools, nursing care facilities, and bathing facilities. Please feel free to consult us for a cost feasibility estimate.

■ Case Study: Yuno Hana Onsen Matsuen-so Hozugawa-tei (Kameoka City)

In November 2012, a 351 kW (300,000 kcal/h) pellet boiler was installed alongside an existing LPG boiler. LPG consumption was dramatically reduced, and carbon neutrality was achieved, resulting in a significant decrease in CO2 emissions. The facility uses locally manufactured "Nana Pellet" as fuel, putting into practice a "local energy" initiative that circulates regional wood biomass energy within the community.

* Please contact us by phone to discuss installation scale, fuel consumption, and cost estimates.
